Public Transport
From Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI), the most economical way to reach The Crane Resort is by bus. The Transport Board operates the 12A or 12D bus from the airport to Crane. The ride takes approximately 15 minutes to the 'Diamond Valley' stop, which is a 7-minute walk (482 meters) to the resort. Buses depart every 20 minutes. The bus fare is BDS$3.50 (approximately US$1.75). Ensure you have the exact fare in cash.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis are readily available at Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI). A taxi ride to The Crane Resort takes about 10 minutes, covering a distance of approximately 7.3 km. Expect to pay between US$14-US$18 for the trip. While Uber is not prevalent in Barbados, a local service called 'Pickup' is available via an app. However, taxis are generally more convenient from the airport.
Driving
If driving from Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI), exit the airport and follow the signs towards the ABC Highway (Highway 7). Continue along Highway 7, then turn onto Crane Road. The Crane Resort will be on your right. The drive is approximately 7.3 km and takes about 10 minutes. Parking is available at the resort free of charge for guests.
