    Start at the National Heroes Square in Bridgetown. From there, head east on Broad Street, which is a popular shopping area. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Pine Road. Turn left onto Pine Road. Walk straight until you hit the roundabout, and take the second exit onto Lower Estate Road. Follow Lower Estate Road for about 1 kilometer. The Barbados Pocket Guide will be on your right, located in the Sun Group Building.

    From the main bus terminal in Bridgetown, take a bus heading towards St. George. Inform the driver that you need to get off at the 'Lower Estate' stop.
