Getting There

  • Car

    From East Coast, head west on the main road (Highway 1). Follow the signs towards Bridgetown. Once you reach the outskirts of Bridgetown, continue straight until you see the signs for Prospect. Take the exit towards Prospect, Saint Michael. After exiting, keep left to merge onto Prospect Road. Batts Rock Park will be on your right after about 5 minutes of driving. There is parking available near the park entrance.

    To reach Batts Rock Park by public transport, you will need to catch a bus from East Coast to Bridgetown. Look for buses heading towards 'Bridgetown' or 'Speightstown'. Once you arrive in Bridgetown, get off at the bus terminal and look for a bus or minibus that goes to 'Prospect'. The ride should take about 20-30 minutes. After you get off at Prospect, walk towards the coast, and you will find Batts Rock Park a short distance away. Be sure to have some BBD (Barbadian Dollars) ready for the bus fare, which typically costs around 2-3 BBD.
