Public Transport
From Bridgetown, the most convenient way to reach Brandons Beach is by bus. Several bus routes (1A1, 1CB, 1G, 27, 51) operate from the Fairchild Street Bus Terminal in Bridgetown towards the west coast. The bus fare is typically BBD 3.50 per person each way. Ask the driver to let you off at Brandons Beach. The bus stop is a short walk from the beach entrance.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis are readily available in Bridgetown. A taxi ride from the city center to Brandons Beach will cost approximately BBD 25-35, depending on traffic and the driver. Agree on the fare before starting your journey. Ride-sharing services like Uber are not widely available in Barbados, so taxis are the more reliable option.
Walking
Brandons Beach is within walking distance (approximately 20-25 minutes) from the Bridgetown cruise port. Exit the port and follow the main road (Spring Garden Highway) north. Walk along the sidewalk, taking caution as you walk. Brandons Beach will be on your left, just past the Mount Gay Rum Visitor Centre.
Driving
If driving from Bridgetown, take the Spring Garden Highway north. Brandons Beach will be on your left. There is a free parking lot available near Rascals Beach Bar. Parking can be limited during peak hours, especially on weekends.
