Walking
Start at Hastings Beach. Head east along the beach until you reach the main road, which is Highway 7. Once you reach the road, turn left and walk north for about 10 minutes. You will pass several local shops and restaurants on your way. Continue walking until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the road that leads to Cane Garden. Follow this road for another 15 minutes, and you will see Cane Garden on your left.

From Hastings, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Highway 7. Look for the buses marked 'Oistins' or 'Bridgetown.' Board any bus heading towards Oistins. Ask the driver to let you know when to get off for Cane Garden. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. After getting off, walk back towards the direction you came from for about 5 minutes, and you will find Cane Garden on your right.
