From Bridgetown, the most economical way to reach Sunbury Plantation is by bus. Take the #6 bus from the Fairchild Street Terminal in Bridgetown towards Six Roads. The bus ride takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Ask the driver to let you off at the 'Bonwell' stop, which is the closest to Sunbury Plantation. From the Bonwell bus stop, it's a short 5-minute walk to the plantation entrance. The bus fare is approximately $2 BBD per person.

Taxis are readily available in Bridgetown and at the Grantley Adams International Airport. A taxi ride to Sunbury Plantation from Bridgetown will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Expect to pay between $35-$45 BBD for the taxi fare.
