Walking
If you're already in Holetown, Chattel Village is easily accessible on foot. It's located on Highway 1, also known as the main road through Holetown. From the Holetown Monument, walk south along Highway 1 for about 5 minutes. The village will be on your left, opposite the Sunset Crest Beach Club. Look for the brightly colored chattel houses. There are no costs associated with walking.

Chattel Village is conveniently located along the main bus route in Holetown. The Barbados Transport Board buses and ZR vans frequently pass by. From Bridgetown, take any bus heading towards Holetown. Ask the driver to stop at Chattel Village. The fare is typically $3.50 BBD per person. From Speightstown, take a bus heading south towards Holetown. The bus will drop you off directly in front of Chattel Village. The fare is also $3.50 BBD.

Taxis are readily available in Holetown. You can find them at designated taxi stands or hail one on the street. Ask the driver to take you to Chattel Village on Highway 1. From anywhere in Holetown, a taxi ride should cost approximately $20 BBD, with a base fare of $20 BBD and then $5 BBD per kilometer. From Grantley Adams International Airport to Holetown by taxi will cost approximately $122 BBD.

If you're driving, Chattel Village is located directly on Highway 1 in Holetown. There is a large car park directly next to Chattel Village, opposite the Sandy Crest Medical Center. Parking is generally readily available and free. Alternatively, parking can be found at Massy Supermarket on the opposite side of Chattel Village. Parking is free.
