Getting There

• Walking

  Start at the Holetown Beach. Head east on Highway 1, which is also known as the main road through Holetown. Continue walking along this road for about 3.5 kilometers (approximately 45 minutes). You will pass various shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Keep an eye out for landmarks like the Holetown Monument and the Chattel Village. As you approach Bridgetown, you will see signs directing you towards the city center. Once in Bridgetown, continue straight until you reach National Heroes Square, which is a prominent open area in the city, marked by several important monuments and historic buildings.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  From Holetown, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Highway 1. Look for a bus heading towards Bridgetown. The buses are usually small, blue, and white, and they display their destination on the front. Board the bus and pay the fare, which is quite inexpensive (around $2 BBD). The bus ride to Bridgetown typically takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Bridgetown, disembark at the stop closest to National Heroes Square.
