Walking
From Mullins Beach, head south towards the main road (Highway 1). Once you reach the highway, turn left and continue walking along the road. After about 1.5 km, you will arrive at a bus stop. Here, you can catch a bus heading to Bridgetown. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Carlisle Wharf stop. Once you get off the bus, walk towards the water, and you will see Carlisle Wharf Plaza straight ahead.

During your ride, enjoy the scenic views. When you reach the bus terminal in Bridgetown, look for signs directing you towards Carlisle Wharf. It's about a 10-minute walk from the terminal. Exit the terminal, head towards the coast, and follow the waterfront until you reach Carlisle Wharf Plaza.
