Alternatively, from Bridgetown, take bus #27 to Speightstown Terminal and follow the instructions above.

From Speightstown, a taxi to Sand Street Beach is a quick 5-minute ride. Expect to pay around BDS$20-25. From the Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI), a taxi will take approximately 40 minutes and cost around BDS$80-100. Ride-sharing services are not as prevalent, so taxis are the more reliable option.

If you are already in Douglas or Speightstown, walking to Sand Street Beach is a pleasant option. From the center of Douglas, head north along the coast on Sand Street.
