    If you're traveling by car from the South Coast, start on the main road (Highway 7). Follow the road northwest towards Bridgetown. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the junction with Highway 1. Take the first exit onto Highway 1 towards the west. Keep an eye out for signs for Lower Estate; you will need to turn left onto Lower Estate Road. The Barbados Pocket Guide is located in the Sun Group Building on your right.
