If you're starting from the Speightstown Esplanade, head south towards the main road (Highway 1). As you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking along the pavement. You will pass several shops and local eateries on your right. Keep walking for about 5 minutes, and you'll see the Arlington House Museum on your left, directly across from the beach.
