Public Transport
From Bridgetown, the capital, the most economical way to reach Bushy Park is by bus. Take the #10 bus from the Fairchild Street Terminal in Bridgetown towards St. Philip. This bus route passes near Bushy Park. Inform the driver that you wish to get off near Bushy Park. The bus will drop you off at Windward, near the entrance to Bushy Park Road. From there, it's approximately a 10-minute walk to the track. The bus fare is BBD$3.50 (approximately US$1.75) per person each way. Buses run approximately every hour.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis are readily available throughout Barbados, including in Bridgetown. A taxi from Bridgetown to Bushy Park will take approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Ensure the taxi is licensed (identified by a 'Z' on the license plate) and agree on the fare before starting your journey. The estimated taxi fare from Bridgetown to Bushy Park is between BBD$40-55 (US$20-US$27.50). There is no Uber service available in Barbados.
Driving
If you are driving from Bridgetown, take the ABC Highway (Highway 5). Follow the signs towards the Grantley Adams International Airport, but continue past the airport towards the east coast. Bushy Park is located off Highway 5 in the parish of St. Philip. Look for signs indicating Bushy Park. Car rentals are available at the airport and in Bridgetown. Parking is available at Bushy Park, though availability may be limited during major events. Parking fees may apply during special events, but are typically free for regular track days.
