From the center of St. Lawrence Gap, head east along the main road (Dover Road) towards the roundabout. Continue straight through the roundabout to stay on Dover Road. After about 0.5 miles, you will reach the junction with Highway 7. Turn left onto Highway 7 and continue walking for approximately 1 mile. Look for a bus stop or a sign indicating 'Blacksage Alley'. Once you reach Blacksage Alley, follow the alley down towards the beach, which will lead you to Cove Bay.
