From Bridgetown, the most economical way to reach Sunbury Plantation is by bus. Take the #6 bus from the Fairchild Street Terminal in Bridgetown towards Six Roads. The bus ride takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. From Six Roads, transfer to a local ZR van or minibus heading towards Sunbury. Ask the driver to drop you off near Sunbury Plantation. The fare for the #6 bus is BBD$3.50. The ZR van fare is approximately BBD$2. Note that ZR vans can be crowded and may not have fixed schedules.

Taxis are readily available in Bridgetown and at the Grantley Adams International Airport. A taxi ride to Sunbury Plantation from Bridgetown takes approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Expect to pay around BBD$70-90 for the trip. Ride-sharing services like Uber are not widely available in Barbados, so taxis are the more reliable option.
