Starting from the main strip in St. Lawrence Gap, head east along the coast. Walk towards the direction of the Oistins Fish Fry area. Continue walking for approximately 30 minutes, enjoying the scenic views of the coastline. As you approach the end of St. Lawrence Gap, you will reach the junction with the main road (Highway 7). Cross the road and look for a pathway leading towards Harrismith Beach, which is located a short walk from the main road.

From St. Lawrence Gap, walk to the nearest bus stop located on the main road (Highway 7). Look for a bus that is heading towards Oistins. Board the bus and inform the driver that you wish to get off at Harrismith. The journey will take about 10-15 minutes. Once you reach the Harrismith area, you will need to walk a short distance to the beach itself.
