From the center of Aalst (e.g., Grote Markt), follow the main roads towards Erembodegem. Use landmarks like the OLV Ter Duinenkerk and the Albrechtlaan as orientation. Continue along the Schietbaan road. The walk is approximately 2.5 km and takes about 30-40 minutes. No costs involved.
Public Transport
From Aalst train station, take bus line 2 or R14 towards Schietbaan. Get off at the 'Aalst Schietbaan' stop. From there, it is approximately a 13-minute walk to the park entrance. A single bus fare costs around €2.50.
Driving
From the E40 highway, take the Aalst exit and follow signs towards Erembodegem. Drive along the N9 (direction Erembodegem) and turn onto Schietbaan. Limited free parking is available near the Schietbaan shooting range, close to the park entrance. Be aware that parking can be limited during peak hours. No toll costs involved.
