Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Blankenberge Station, exit the station and head southeast on Stationsstraat towards de Bellestraat. Continue straight until you reach the main road, Zeedijk. Turn left onto Zeedijk and follow it along the coast for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several beach bars and shops along the way. When you reach the intersection with Wenduinse Steenweg, turn right. Continue walking for about 500 meters until you see Zeehond ponton on your left at Wenduinse Steenweg 1.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer to cycle, rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Blankenberge. From the rental shop, head towards the beach and follow the cycle path along the Zeedijk. This scenic route will take you approximately 10 minutes. Once you reach the intersection with Wenduinse Steenweg, turn right and cycle for about 500 meters. You will find Zeehond ponton on your left at Wenduinse Steenweg 1.

  • Public Transport

    Take bus number 33 towards Wenduine from the Blankenberge bus station. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Wenduinse Steenweg'. From there, it’s a short walk of about 200 meters to Zeehond ponton, which will be on your right at Wenduinse Steenweg 1.
