The Frietmuseum is located in the heart of Bruges, a short walk from the Markt (Market Square) and the Belfry. From the Markt, walk northeast on Markt towards Breidelstraat. Turn right onto Breidelstraat, then turn left onto Vlamingstraat. The Frietmuseum will be on your left. The walk is approximately 5 minutes.
Public Transport
The nearest bus stop to the Frietmuseum is Brugge Stadsschouwburg. From the Bruges train station, take bus line 1 or 2 towards the city center. Get off at the Brugge Stadsschouwburg stop. From there, walk north on Vlamingstraat, and the Frietmuseum will be on your right. A single bus ticket costs €2.50 if purchased in advance or €3.50 if purchased on the bus.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Bruges, with taxi stands at the Markt and the train station. A taxi from the train station to the Frietmuseum will cost approximately €10-€15. Ensure the meter is running or agree on a fare before starting your journey.
