Getting There

  • Train

    From De Haan, walk to the closest train station, which is 'De Haan' station. This is about a 10-minute walk. Once you arrive at the station, take a train towards Bruges. The train ride takes approximately 20-25 minutes. Upon arrival at Bruges train station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop located just outside the station.

  • Bus

    At the bus stop outside the Bruges train station, catch bus number 1 or 4 towards 'Brugge Centrum'. The bus journey will take around 10-15 minutes. Disembark at the 'Markt' bus stop, which is the central square in Bruges. From there, walk straight towards the square, and you will see Historium Bruges located at Markt 1, directly in front of you.

  • Walking

    If you prefer to walk after arriving in Bruges, from the train station, head towards the central square. The distance is about 2 kilometers and will take approximately 25-30 minutes. Walk straight down 'Stationsstraat', continue onto 'Dijver', and follow the signs to 'Markt'. Once you reach the Markt square, Historium Bruges will be at Markt 1.
