Car
From De Panne, head northeast on the N34 road towards the town of Nieuwpoort. Continue on N34 for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the junction with the N1. Take the exit onto N1 towards Brugge. Continue on the N1 for about 20 kilometers. As you approach Brugge, follow the signs for Centrum. Once in the city center, look for signs to Markt. The Provincial Court is located at Markt 3, which is a central square. There are several parking areas nearby, such as 'Centrum' parking.

From De Panne, walk to the nearest bus stop and take Bus 66 toward Brugge. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Get off at 'Brugge Station' (Bruges Train Station). From there, transfer to Bus 1 or Bus 6 heading towards 'Markt'. Get off at the 'Markt' stop. The Provincial Court is located at Markt 3, which is a few minutes walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs towards the Markt square.
