    To get to Pl. du Grand Sablon in Brussels from Ghent, start at Ghent St. Peter's Station (Gent-Sint-Pieters). Take the IC (InterCity) train towards Brussels Central Station (Brussel-Centraal). The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Brussels Central Station, follow the signs to the exit. Once outside, head southwest on Rue de l'Impératrice towards Rue des Bouchers. Continue straight until you reach Rue de la Madeleine. Turn left onto Rue de la Madeleine, then right onto Place du Grand Sablon. You will see the square on your left after a short walk.
