From the city center of Ghent, walk to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Korenmarkt'. Take tram line 1 towards 'Schaerbeek' and ride for about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Schaerbeek Station' stop. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to Train World. Head southeast on 'Place Princesse Elisabeth' toward 'Rue des Deux Eglises', then turn left onto 'Rue des Deux Eglises'. Follow the street until you reach Train World at Pl. Princesse Elisabeth 5.
Walking
If you’re starting from the city center, you can enjoy a scenic walk to Train World. Head northeast on 'Veldstraat' towards 'Nederkouter'. Continue straight onto 'Vlaanderenstraat', and then take a left onto 'Sint-Denijslaan'. Follow this road for about 2 km. You will reach the outskirts of Schaerbeek. Train World will be on your right at Pl. Princesse Elisabeth 5.
Bicycle
For a more active option, you can rent a bicycle in the city center. Start by heading north on 'Kouter' and then continue straight onto 'Vlaanderenstraat'. After about 2 km, take a right onto 'Place Meiser', then follow 'Avenue des Combattants' until you reach 'Place Princesse Elisabeth'. Train World will be on your left at Pl. Princesse Elisabeth 5. The total bike ride takes around 15-20 minutes.
