    From the city center of Liège, start at the Place Saint-Lambert. Head south towards the Rue des Carmes and turn left onto it. Continue straight until you reach the Rue de l'Université. Turn right and walk until you reach the River Meuse. At the river, turn left and follow the riverside until you reach the Pont des Arches. Cross the bridge and follow the signs for the train station (Gare de Maastricht). Once at the station, take a train to Maastricht, which takes about 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Maastricht station, exit and head towards the city center. Walk straight along the Lenculenstraat, then turn left onto the Luikerweg. Fort St. Pieter will be on your right at Luikerweg 71a.

    From Liège-Guillemins train station, purchase a ticket to Maastricht. Board the train heading towards Maastricht, which is on the direct line from Liège. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Maastricht station, exit the station and head towards the city center.
