Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the Knokke-Heist train station, exit the station and head southeast toward Zeedijk. Turn left onto Zeedijk and continue walking straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Knokkestraat. Turn right onto Knokkestraat and walk for approximately 300 meters. You will see the bus stop for line 1, which heads to Middelburg. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride to Middelburg, which takes around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Middelburg bus station, exit the bus and walk towards the city center. Head southwest on Stationsplein, then turn left onto Zuidweg. Continue straight until you reach Oostkerkplein, where you will find the Oostkerk.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Knokke-Heist. Once you have your bike, head towards the coast and follow the coastal bike path heading west. Follow the signs for Middelburg; this route is about 10 km long and will take approximately 40-50 minutes. When you arrive in Middelburg, continue on the bike paths until you reach Oostkerkplein. The church will be directly in front of you when you reach the square.

Public Transport
From Knokke-Heist, you can take bus line 1 towards Middelburg. Find the nearest bus stop on Zeedijk and wait for the bus. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the Middelburg bus station. From there, walk southwest on Stationsplein, then turn left onto Zuidweg. Continue straight to reach Oostkerkplein. The church will be at the end of the square.
