From Knokke-Heist, head to the Knokke train station. You can walk to the station in about 10-15 minutes or take a local bus. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Brugge. The train ride takes approximately 25 minutes. After arriving at Brugge station, exit the station and walk towards the city center. Follow the signs for 'Centrum' which will lead you down to the main road. Continue walking straight for about 15-20 minutes until you reach Wollestraat. Turn left onto Wollestraat, and the Torture Museum Oude Steen will be on your right at number 29.

From Knokke-Heist, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the bus service that goes to Brugge. The bus journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Brugge Centrum' stop. From there, walk straight down the main shopping street. Continue until you reach Wollestraat, then turn left. The Torture Museum Oude Steen is located at number 29 on your right.
