Walking
From the Kortrijk train station, exit towards the main square (Grote Markt) and head east on the 'Schlammstraat'. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the 'Kouter' square. From here, follow the signs for the bus station (Busstation Gent). Take bus number 5 or 76 towards Gent. The bus will take you directly to Gent in approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Gent, get off at the 'Korenmarkt' stop. From there, walk towards 'Jan Breydelstraat' which is about a 10-minute walk. The Design Museum Gent is located at Jan Breydelstraat 5.
Bus
From the Kortrijk train station, you can take bus number 5 or 76 directly to Gent. The bus stop is located just outside the train station. The journey to Gent takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Gent, disembark at the 'Korenmarkt' stop. Walk straight towards 'Jan Breydelstraat', which is about a 10-minute walk and located directly at Jan Breydelstraat 5, where the Design Museum Gent is situated.
Train
From Kortrijk station, take a train heading towards Gent. Trains run frequently, and the journey takes around 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Gent-Sint-Pieters station, exit the train and follow the signs to the bus station within the train station. Take bus number 5 or 76 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Korenmarkt' stop. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to Jan Breydelstraat 5, where the Design Museum Gent is located.
