It is situated directly by the water, making it easy to spot.

If you are near a tram stop, take tram number 1 or 4 towards 'Beveren' or 'Bovenbest' respectively. Get off at the 'Korenmarkt' stop. From there, exit the tram and walk straight towards the river. Cross the bridge at 'St. Michael's Bridge' and follow the road along the river. After a short walk of about 5 minutes, you will arrive at 'Gent Watertoerist' located on the Graslei.
