From the station, walk straight down the main road (Korte Steenstraat) until you reach the intersection with the R8. Cross the R8 and continue straight onto the N50 road heading towards Ypres. Follow the N50 until you reach the junction with Menenstraat in Zillebeke. Turn left onto Menenstraat and walk a short distance until you see the Hooge Crater Cemetery on your right.
