Public Transport
From Leuven Central Station, take a train towards Braine-l'Alleud. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Braine-l'Alleud Station, exit the station and head towards Avenue du Lac. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Chem. du Goumont. Turn left onto Chem. du Goumont, and Hougoumont Farm will be on your right after a short walk.

If you're already in the city center of Leuven, you can take a scenic walk to Braine-l'Alleud. Start at the University Library and head south on Diestsestraat. Continue straight until you reach the train station (Leuven Central Station). From there, follow the public transport instructions above. Alternatively, you can explore the local area while making your way to the station, which is just a 15-minute walk from the city center.

Head towards the Leuven train station and take the bike path towards Braine-l'Alleud, following the signs for the R30 cycling route.
