Walking
If you are starting from the central area of Outremeuse, head east towards the Rue de la Station. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Rue des Guillemins. Turn left onto Rue des Guillemins and continue walking for about 500 meters. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Keep walking until you see Place Saint-Lambert on your right. The journey should take approximately 10-15 minutes on foot.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Outremeuse, you can take the bus line 1 or 6 from the nearest bus stop (which you can find along the main road). Board the bus heading towards Liège-Guillemins. The bus ride will take approximately 5-10 minutes. Get off at the 'Place Saint-Lambert' stop. This is the closest bus stop to your destination. Make sure to check the bus schedule beforehand; a single ticket usually costs around €2.00.
