Train
From Louvain-la-Neuve, walk to the Louvain-la-Neuve train station. Once there, purchase a ticket to Brussels Central Station (Bruxelles-Central). Trains run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Upon arriving at Brussels Central Station, follow the signs to exit the station and head towards the Rue de la Loi. Continue straight for about 800 meters until you reach Place Royale. The Magritte Museum is located at Pl. Royale 1, right on the square.

From Louvain-la-Neuve, head to the nearest bus stop and take bus line 1 towards 'Bruxelles'. Make sure to check the bus schedule, as buses may not run very frequently. After about 45 minutes, you will arrive at the Brussels Midi Station. From there, transfer to Metro line 2 or 6 and get off at 'Parc' station. Exit the metro and walk towards the Parc de Bruxelles. Continue straight to reach Place Royale. The Magritte Museum is at Pl. Royale 1, located on the square.
