If you are starting at the Mechelen city center (Grote Markt), head east towards the 'Oude Markt' and then turn onto 'Klein Begijnhof'. Continue on this path until you reach 'Leuvensesteenweg'. Turn left onto 'Leuvensesteenweg' and walk straight. After about 1.5 km, you will reach 'Bleukensweide' on your right. The nature preserve is located at 2801 Mechelen.

From Mechelen train station, take bus number 3 towards 'Leest'. The bus ride takes approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Leest' stop. From there, walk along 'Leuvensesteenweg' heading north for about 300 meters, and you will see 'Bleukensweide' on your left.
