Getting There

Walking
If you're starting from the Mechelen train station, exit the station and head southeast on 'Stationsstraat' towards 'Koningin Astridlaan'. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 'Havenstraat'. Turn left onto 'Havenstraat' and continue walking until you reach 'Koningin Elisabethlaan'. Turn right and follow this road until you reach the Mechelen city center. From there, you can follow the signs to 'Antwerp'. After about a 30-minute walk, you'll reach the 'Antwerp' tram station. Take Tram 3 towards 'Koningin Astridplein'. Get off at 'Antwerp, Groenplaats'. From there, walk to 'Vleeshouwersstraat'. The museum will be on your left at 'Vleeshouwersstraat 38/40'.

From the Mechelen city center, head to the 'Mechelen, Busstation' bus stop. Take bus number 300 towards 'Antwerp, Central Station'. The journey should take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at 'Antwerp, Central Station', exit the bus and walk towards the main exit of the station. From there, head southwest on 'Koningin Astridplein' and continue onto 'Korte Herentalsestraat'. Turn left onto 'Vleeshouwersstraat', and you'll find the Museum Vleeshuis at 'Vleeshouwersstraat 38/40'.
