    Walking

    From the Mechelen train station, exit the station and head towards the main road, 'Koningin Astridstraat'. Turn left and walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with 'Stationstraat'. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with 'Begijnhofstraat'. At this point, you should see signs for the bus station. Take a right onto 'Begijnhofstraat' and continue walking until you reach 'Leuvensestraat'. Turn left onto 'Leuvensestraat' and keep walking for about 1 kilometer. You will see 'Martelarenplein' on your right side, which is a public square in Leuven.

    Public Transport

    From Mechelen, head to the Mechelen bus station located near the train station. Take a bus to Leuven; the bus number 300 or 601 are good options. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Leuven bus station, exit and walk straight ahead on 'Martelarenplein'. The square should be directly in front of you.

    If you're renting a bicycle in Mechelen, exit the bike rental location and head towards 'Koningin Astridstraat'. Turn left and follow the road until you reach 'Begijnhofstraat'.
