From the center of Nieuwpoort, head towards the bus stop 'Nieuwpoort Stad' located on the main road. Take bus number 1 towards Bruges. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the stop 'Brugge Station', exit the bus and head towards the city center. Follow the signs to 'Markt', which is the main square. It is about a 15-minute walk from the station. As you walk, continue straight on 'Stationsplein', which turns into 'Zilverstraat', and then take a right onto 'Oude Zilverstraat'. Follow this road until you reach 'Markt 1'. The Historium Bruges is located right in the center of the square.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Nieuwpoort. Start from the center of Nieuwpoort and head towards the coastal bike path. Follow the path towards Bruges, which is well-marked. The distance is about 22 kilometers and will take around 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive in Bruges, follow the signs to the city center, and you will reach 'Markt 1'. There are bike racks available near the Historium Bruges for parking.
