To reach Westelijke Strekdam by public transport, take the train to Ostend station. Once you arrive, exit the station and walk to the bus station located next to the train station. Take bus number 4 or 15, which heads towards the beach. Get off at the 'Oosteroever' stop. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk along the beach promenade towards Albert I-promenade. The Westelijke Strekdam will be on your left side as you approach.
