From Ostend-Bruges International Airport, exit the terminal and look for the bus stop located just outside. Take the line 6 bus towards Ostend. The bus runs frequently and the journey should take approximately 15-20 minutes. Disembark at the 'Oostende Station' stop. From there, you can walk to Visserskaai écluse.

Walking
Once you arrive at 'Oostende Station', exit the station and head south towards the coast. Continue straight along the 'Stationsstraat' until you reach 'Koningin Astridlaan'. Turn left onto 'Koningin Astridlaan' and follow this road until you reach the seafront. Take a right onto the promenade and continue walking until you reach 'Visserskaai'. The écluse will be on your left after a short walk along the waterfront.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from various rental shops near the airport or at the train station. Follow the same route as the bus directions to 'Oostende Station'. After exiting the station, cycle along 'Koninklijke Baan', which leads directly towards the coast. From there, you can follow the bike paths along the promenade to reach 'Visserskaai' in approximately 10-15 minutes.
