Get off at the 'Brugge Markt' stop. From there, the Provincial Court is just a 5-minute walk. Head towards the Markt square, and you will find the Provincial Court at Markt 3.

Make your way to Ostend train station, which is about a 15-minute walk from the city center. Purchase a ticket to Bruges (Brugge) from the ticket counter or machines. The train ride takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Bruges train station, exit the station and walk towards the city center, which is approximately a 20-minute walk. Follow signs towards the Markt square, and the Provincial Court will be located at Markt 3.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Ostend. Head towards the coastal bike paths, following signs to Bruges. The ride is approximately 15 kilometers and will take around 45 minutes to an hour. Upon arriving in Bruges, follow the signs towards the city center and the Markt square. The Provincial Court is located at Markt 3, just off the square.
