Getting There

Bus
From the Ostend train station, take bus line 3 towards 'Zonnebeke'. The bus will take you directly to the Vijfwegestraat stop. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Once you get off the bus, walk along Vijfwegestraat for about 200 meters, and you will see the entrance to Tyne Cot Cemetery on your left.

From Ostend train station, take a train towards 'Kortrijk'. Get off at 'Zonnebeke' station (approximately a 30-minute ride). From the station, exit and turn right onto Oosterstakstraat. Follow this street for about 1 kilometer until you reach Vijfwegestraat. Turn left onto Vijfwegestraat, and Tyne Cot Cemetery will be ahead, approximately 500 meters from the turn.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Ostend. Head out of the city center towards the coast, then follow the coastal cycling path north towards Zonnebeke. The ride is roughly 15 kilometers and will take about 1 hour. Once you reach Zonnebeke, follow the signs to Vijfwegestraat; Tyne Cot Cemetery will be on your right.

Walking to Tyne Cot Cemetery from Ostend is quite a trek, but if you're up for it, head north from the city center towards the coast.
