Walking
If you are starting from the Ostend train station, exit the station and head southeast on Kapucijnenstraat toward Jozef II-laan. After about 500 meters, turn left onto Jozef II-laan and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Leopold II-laan. Turn right onto Leopold II-laan. Continue straight for about 800 meters, and you will see the Zeemeermin sculpture on your left, located along the promenade near the beach.
Bus
From the Ostend train station, take bus line 3 or 4 toward Oosteroever. Get off at the 'Leopold II-laan' stop. After getting off the bus, walk along Leopold II-laan heading toward the beach. The Zeemeermin sculpture will be located along the promenade to your right, within a few minutes' walk.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from various rental stations around Ostend. Start at the Ostend train station and head southeast towards the coast. Follow the bike lanes along the beach promenade, cycling westward until you reach Leopold II-laan. The Zeemeermin sculpture will be visible on your left as you approach the area.
