Car
From Pays de Herve, take the N3 road towards Liège. Continue on the N3 and merge onto the E40 highway towards Brussels. After approximately 70 km, take exit 25 towards Avenue de la Reine. Follow the signs for Atomium, which is located at Pl. de l'Atomium 1, 1020 Bruxelles. Parking is available near the Atomium, but there may be a parking fee.
Train and Metro
Start by taking a train from Verviers-Central station to Brussels-Central station. The journey takes about 1 hour. Once in Brussels, transfer to the Metro Line 6 at the Brussels-Central station and ride towards Roi Baudouin. Get off at the Heysel station, which is the nearest metro station to Atomium. From Heysel station, it's a 10-minute walk to Atomium at Pl. de l'Atomium 1. Be sure to check the train schedules as tickets may cost around €8-€12 each way.
Bus
If you prefer to travel by bus, take the bus from Verviers to Liège. From Liège, catch a direct bus to Brussels. Once in Brussels, take the bus number 84 or 88 from the city center to the Heysel stop. From there, it's a short walk to Atomium at Pl. de l'Atomium 1. The bus fare will be approximately €3-€5 depending on the distance.
