Walking
If you are in the center of Spa, begin at the Place Royale. Head southeast on Avenue Reine Astrid towards Rue de la Station. Continue straight until you reach the Spa train station. From there, take the train to Aachen. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Aachen central station, exit the station and walk to the left towards the bus station. Take bus line 11 towards 'Aachen, Grenzstraße' and get off at the stop 'Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz'. The Archaeological Window is just a short walk from there.

Starting from the Spa train station, purchase a ticket to Aachen. Board any train heading to Liège (Liege) and change at the Liège-Guillemins station for a direct train to Aachen. Once you arrive at Aachen, follow the signs to the bus station and take bus line 11 towards 'Aachen, Grenzstraße'. Get off at 'Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz'. The Archaeological Window is located at Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz, just a couple of minutes' walk from the bus stop.
