    From the center of Spa, head to the Spa train station (Gare de Spa). You can walk there in about 10 minutes by heading southeast on Avenue du 14 Août towards Rue des Combattants. At the station, take a train towards Verviers. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the Verviers-Central station. From there, you will need to switch to a bus. Catch the bus number 21 towards Margraten. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Amerikaanse Begraafplaats'. You will see the entrance to the Netherlands American Cemetery just a short walk from the bus stop.

  • Walking

    If you prefer to walk, you can take a longer scenic route. From the center of Spa, walk towards the Avenue du 14 Août and continue straight until you reach the Rue de la Station. Follow the Rue de la Station until you reach the train station. Then, take the same train to Verviers-Central and switch to bus number 21 as described above. The total walking distance from Spa to the train station is approximately 1 kilometer, which should take around 15 minutes.
