Walking
From the center of Spa, head towards Rue de la Sauvenière and walk straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Avenue Reine Astrid. Continue on this road until you reach the train station, Gare de Spa. Once there, take the train to Aachen. Upon arrival at Aachen Hauptbahnhof, follow the signs to exit the station and head towards the bus stop. Look for a bus heading towards Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz, which is your destination.

Public Transport
From Spa, take the bus number 397 from the Spa bus terminal towards Verviers. Get off at the Verviers station and transfer to a train heading to Aachen. After reaching Aachen Hauptbahnhof, exit the station and take bus line 2 or 5 towards 'Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz'. The stop will be close to the plaza.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental stations in Spa. Head towards the cycle path that goes towards Verviers, which is well-marked. Once you reach Verviers, follow the signs directing you to Aachen. The route is scenic and takes about an hour. Once you arrive in Aachen, head towards the city center where Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz is located. There are bike racks available for parking.
