Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Aachen Cathedral (Aachener Dom), head south on Markt toward Klosterplatz. Continue straight onto Pontstraße, then turn right onto Elisenstraße. Walk straight until you reach Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz, where the Archaeological Window is located. It will be on your right.

    From Aachen Central Station (Aachen Hauptbahnhof), take bus number 3 or 13 in the direction of 'Aachen, Euregio-Gymnasium'. Get off at the 'Elisenbrunnen' stop.
