Starting from the Tournai Cathedral (Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Tournai), head south on Rue des Bouchers towards Rue Saint-Brice. Continue straight until you reach Place de l'Evêché. Turn left onto Rue de la Tête d'Or and continue straight. When you reach the intersection with Rue de l'Industrie, turn right. Continue walking straight until you reach Rue du Cerf. The Monument des Vendéens will be located at the end of this street on the right side. It is a short 15-minute walk from the Cathedral.
