From the Ypres Market Square, head northeast on Grote Markt toward Sint-Jacobsstraat. Continue straight onto Ieperstraat, which will lead you out of the city center. Follow the signs toward the train station, as you will need to take a train to Lille. At the station, purchase a ticket to Lille and board the train. The journey to Lille takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Lille Flandres station, exit the station and walk toward Rue de l'Hôpital. Continue to Rue de Paris and follow it until you reach Pl. Simon Vollant, where you will find Porte de Paris.
