Bus
From Zeebrugge, walk to the Zeebrugge Dorp bus stop. Take the bus number 33 towards Brugge. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Brugge Station. From Brugge Station, transfer to bus number 44 towards Ghent. After about 40 minutes, get off at the 'Sint-Pietersplein' stop in Ghent. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to Vrijdagmarkt. Head southeast on Sint-Pietersplein, continue straight onto Sint-Pietersstraat, and then turn right onto Vrijdagmarkt.
Train
Walk to the Zeebrugge Dorp train station. Take the train towards Brugge. It will take about 15 minutes. At Brugge, transfer to a train heading to Ghent. This leg of the journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Ghent St. Pieters, exit the station and walk towards the bus stop outside. Take bus number 3 or 9 to the 'Vrijdagmarkt' stop. From the bus stop, you will be just a few steps away from Vrijdagmarkt.
Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Zeebrugge. Start your ride on the coastal bike path towards Brugge. The journey is about 15 km and takes roughly 1 hour. Once in Brugge, follow the signs to Ghent, which is approximately another 30 km away. You can cycle directly via the N9 road, enjoying the scenic countryside. Upon reaching Ghent, navigate to Vrijdagmarkt using local bike paths, which should take about 15 minutes from the outskirts of the city.
