Walking
From the Zeebrugge main square, head northwest on Zeebrugge-Strand toward Zeebrugge-Dorp. Follow the signs for the train station (Zeebrugge-Dorp). Once at the train station, take a train to Bruges (Brugge). The train ride takes about 15-20 minutes. Upon arrival at Bruges station, exit the station and head towards the city center. Walk straight on Spoorwegstraat which becomes Langestraat. Continue walking until you reach the Markt square, then take a right onto Breidelstraat. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at Walplein, a lovely square surrounded by cafes and shops.

From the Zeebrugge harbor area, rent a bicycle at one of the local rental shops. Head east on the Zeebrugge-Dorp road and follow the signs toward Bruges. The bike path is well-marked and takes you through scenic countryside. It takes about 30-40 minutes to reach Bruges. Upon entering Bruges, continue straight until you reach the city center. Once you arrive in the city, follow the signs to the Markt square. From there, take Breidelstraat, and after a short walk, you will reach Walplein.
